Four Levels of Support
1. $997/month- Premium
I will be there for you as much as you need to explain money, finances, and investing, to strategize with you, and to support you as you become financially empowered. I will hold your hand and tell you exactly what you need to do (although I will not make your decisions for you because I am an educator first and foremost).
2.$497/month- Standard
We will meet weekly for 45-60 minute zoom chats to discuss whatever you need at that moment. It could be budgeting, strategy, education, accountability, or your next step.
3. $297/month- Basic
We will meet weekly for a quick 15-20 minute zoom chat to touch base, see how you are doing, and make small tweaks as needed. This is more for accountability and maintenance of your financially free lifestyle.
4. $0/month- DIY
This is basically what you have been doing to date. Between my facebook posts, free facebook community, and website, you have all the resources you need, including access to me.
The best part is that I have no contracts. You choose your level of support and can adjust up or down each month.
Mortgage-Ready Spreadsheet and Consultation $197
Includes one in-depth zoom call to discuss where you are and what you want to buy, plus one follow-up call (because chances are you are not going to have all the information for the first call). After the two calls you will have an easy-to-update spreadsheet that shows you everything you need to speak with a loan officer with confidence and that you can plug your dream house numbers into.
